Privacy policy

The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts (the department) and it’s managing contractor, Master Buildings Solutions Pty Ltd (MBS) is collecting the personal information you have provided for the purpose assessing your application to participate in the Noise Insulation Program, and manage any ongoing involvement in the program if your application is approved.

The department collects and manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. This obligation extends to any contracted service providers, including Master Building Solutions. These service providers may store information on servers located in Australia and overseas.
