When will we be in your area
The managing contractor for the Noise Insulation Program will be visiting eligible suburbs to doorknock and speak with landowners located within the program eligibility area.
You do not need to wait for doorknocking to speak with us. If you are a landowner in the program eligibility area, you can contact us at any time to ask questions or request a one‑on‑one meeting at your property, including before any doorknocking occurs.
Doorknocking and meetings give you an opportunity to:
- receive information about the program
- ask questions
- discuss how the program may apply to your property
Taking part is optional. Doorknocking or meeting with us does not commit you to applying to the program.

Organising a meeting
If you are a landowner in the program eligibility area, you can request a one‑on‑one meeting with the managing contractor.

Meetings can be arranged:
- before, during or after doorknocking in your area
- at your property or another suitable location
A meeting gives you the opportunity to:
- discuss how the program works
- ask questions about eligibility
- understand how and when you may wish to apply
Requesting or attending a meeting is optional and does not commit you to applying to the program.
